What We’re Looking For:

We are currently seeking a full-time Rockstar who is looking to either start or grow their career in technology. Essentially, a level 1 technician to learn and support our client's Windows and VoIP infrastructures. You should be able to enter a client’s office, diagnose, and resolve basic networking issues while creating and maintaining strong client relationships. We are looking for someone with a strong drive to grow and learn while working in the dynamics of a team. If you are a positive person with high integrity, we would love to hear from you.

Description:

In this role, you will be learning basic and advanced network and infrastructure technologies along with VoIP management. You will regularly be working with (and learning) the following technologies, including but not limited to: 3cX and Allworx VoIP PBXs, Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business Calling, SIP Providers, Routers, Switching, WAN connections, Site-to-site and client-server VPN, video/conference cameras, Debian OS, Microsoft Desktop & Server OS, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, and Wireshark. Our team works with a wide variety of clients and technologies across many different industries. What You Will Be Doing:

• Support and triage of service requests from clients using our ticket system
• Troubleshooting and answering questions on basic 365 issues
• Training on advanced aspects of network troubleshooting and VoIP solutions
• Assisting with installation and configuration of new PBX deployments
• Troubleshooting and configuring WAN and LAN connectivity issues on routers, switches, & firewalls
• Utilize remote monitoring and management system alerts/notifications, and respond accordingly via service tickets
• Running packet captures and looking at network analytics
• Support of any applications that tie into the PBX
• System documentation, maintenance, and review
• Communication with customers as needed: effectively communicating incident progress, notification of impending changes or agreed upon outages
